Rerun Timesynchronization

Sometimes it can happen, that you bring back your VM from standby (some hours later) and the local time of your VM does not get updated.

The easiest way to refresh it, is to do the following inside your VM (assuming you have a linux running and the guest-addistions installed):

has to be executed as root of course

$ /usr/sbin/VBoxService --timesync-set-start

Then you will get an output something like this:
